I really wanted a hot dog but they claimed they were all out of hot dog. Instead of shouting out the number on the receipt, they scream what you ordered.so pretty much anyone who orders the same thing can easily walk off with your order. They only staff two people behind the counter and they can get pretty overwhelmed and confused when it gets busy. Make sure you get there 45min before your movies start time if you plan on ordering food. Went to see Spider Man in 3D and the surround sound was GREAT! The 3d glasses were a bit blurry and hard to see in. Its also like dead, employees dont really interact with customers so I got asked alot of what if question about interacting with customers and I will say that as a job seeker I no longer enjoy it that much, and as a customer I dont enjoy it that much. Is it really hard to say no? Thats mad greasy, they couldnt just say "No you didnt get the job"? I called a week later to ask and the interviewer seemed aggrivated about me asking and they told me that they would get back to me once more. They daid theyd contact me and let me know when They make the decision to higher me. They also asked me to read it 5 min before a job interview and fully understand it. The food is pricey, truth be told I like Downtown better, They expected me to understand there rewards card booklet that I just read not even a week after it came out and I had never seen it before. Its cool because its closer, pretty clean for a movie theatre. My only complaint is that the lights stayed on (dim-ish, but on, kind of like they usually are for the previews). Park on the third floor and theres a direct exit to the parking garage from the theater. I think they could make it a little more clear b/c a bunch of people seemed confused about the process. You order at one place and pay at another. Theres real food here (chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, etc), tons of candy options, popcorn, those soda machines where you select your flavor, and booze. The food ordering process was a little confusing for a first timer. It was super clean-and there were wide paths to walk to get to your seat so you could actually tell that it was clean. I went to see The Revenent last night and enjoyed the experience at this theater! You select your seat, so I arrived with just enough time to grab a popcorn and didnt worry about finding a seat. I visit AMC movie theater often but after this disappointment things will change. This was the worse experience I have ever had in an AMC movie theater. After all these struggles we finally got out and this is the part that really disappointed me because of the manager, (White lady that was wearing glasses and of course wearing her uniform, and there was no name tag) she didnt even apologize for the unconvinience but her face was so serious, it seemed like we were the ones that made that elevator stopped or that it was our fault but not their fault. After this we went to get the elevator, after we were all in (8people) the elevator, couple seconds later the elevator stopped and we had to call 911 because they couldnt help us, and plus we waited almost an hour for them to open that elevator (I hope you can image 8 people in the elevator when its really hot out- 70 up degrees). We took some passes which would allow us to watch anywhere and whenever we feel like due to the fact that we bought our tickets online. I said okay because we got there late and we couldnt watch our movie (not their fault-great). I love watching movies, and I like to explore new movie theaters, this is the reason why I went to a far one with my friends, in Summerville- AMC Assembly row even though we couldve gone to the AMC in downtown, but the service was at the beginning "okay".
